After passing the second state law examination, Martin Eulenberger was granted the right to use the title of lawyer. He is a member of the Saxony Bar Association, the responsible licensing and supervisory authority.
The professional duties of the lawyer are essentially determined by the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), the Federal Lawyers’ Fees Act (BRAGO), the Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (Lawyers’ Remuneration Act – RVG), the Lawyers’ Professional Code (BORA), the Professional Rules of the Lawyers of the European Union (CCBE) and the Specialist Lawyers’ Act (FAO). Out-of-court dispute resolution:
